Hello,
I have an exchange (2003) account. I'm using Outlook 2003 as well. I
have a few smtp addresses. My regular e-mail address is (e-mail address removed)
and I also have (e-mail address removed) as another smtp address for the same
mailbox. I tried to create a rule that moved all mail sent to
(e-mail address removed) to a subfolder of my inbox called sales. However I can
either get all mail j.doe and sales to go to that subfolder or none. I
haven't created a rule that successfully sorts them properly. I can create
another mailbox but I'd prefer to do it the way I have it but make a rule
that works properly.
Thanks
Rules I've tried - if (e-mail address removed) is in the recipient's address field,
header, people or distribution list and while some seem to move all e-mails
j.doe or sales to the subfolder some don't move anything.
