Can't Get View Filter with Multiple Conditions To Work

I have created multiple views to show contacts that meet a variety of conditions. However, I find that Outlook is taking those conditions as "or" instead of "and". For example, I want it to show only the contacts that have Category A AND Category B. The results shows Contacts that meet either condition. Is there a way to enter boolean logic to tell Outlook to concatenate multiple conditions when filtering?
