cant import address book

on my laptop i have been using daytimer organizer and now
i wish to import the adress book into outlook, is that
posible? I have tried a few things but no use. Could
someone please help me.

To what file types can you export from this program?

I can export as an .exp file, as an Ascii File .asc, and
as email

I can export only as .exp file

Then you're out of luck. The program must be able to export to at least one
of the file formats that Outlook can import. Look in File > Import and
Export... to see what files Outlook can import.
