Can't import contacts from a file

Dear All,

Just I export my contacts to a CSV file, it runs fine without any error.
But then when I import from that CSV file, it failed to import, and the
Error Message is "MAPI Error, 0x80040107".
I try to export all kinds of file, for example, Access, Excel etc,
everytime it exports succeed but failed to import.
I use Outlook 2000/Windows 2000 English, but my contacts have chinese
characters.
Any point would be great appreciated.
