Can't import e-mails

Can't import e-mails from MS Outlook XP on PC to
Entourage X or Mail on Mac OS X Panther.

Have any ideas?

Followed the instructions posted on mactopia.com, i.e.
save e-mails on a disk as files. I've got a couple of
hundreds .msg files that I brought to my Mac. Then the
process supposed to be easy as instructions said -- "just
drag your files into Entourage mailbox to import them".
The problem is they cannot be dragged there simply
