Can't Insert Clip Art in Excel

I can insert Clip Art from the Clip Art gallery
in my Excel 2000 spreadsheet -- I get a message telling me
to install that function.

But, after two complete Office 2000 reinstalls, it still
won't work...although it DOES work just fine in Word.

I sure would appreciate any ideas.
