Can't insert picture on Outlook express

Everytime when I try to insert picture on Outlook express, a error message
pops up! Here's the message :-

"Internet Script Error. An error has occured in the script on this page. Do
you want to continue running scripts on this script?"

Once I clicked on either yes or no, there will be no response. Hv to do a
ctrl-alte-delete to End Task. Plse help.
