can't install and activate MS Office Pro 2007

My daughter was unable to install and activate her copy of Office Pro
2007 today.

She bought a FULL version (not upgrade) and it would not recognize her
product key.

The discs in the package say "Office Visio Standard 2007" and "Office
Professional 2007 Disc 2"

Does she have the right discs in the package? And if so, which should
be used?

Office Pro doesn't include Visio. Something is screwed up (that's the
technical term). Where did she get it?

My nephew bought it for her as a gift at the MS Company Store.
