Open your Control Panel and look for the ODBC applet. You can add/remove
drivers there.

In Windows XP you would open the Administrative Tools and Data Sources. Go
from there.

Which version of Windows OS are you running?

If Windows XP you look under Administrative Tools to find Data Sources(ODBC)

In Windows 98SE you would have the ODBC applet unless you hid it using
TweakUI.

You could also find it by searching for odbccp32.cpl

When found, double-click to open.
