Can't install off 2003 standard on Win xp tablet

I installed Office 2003 standard by CD on one computer, which no longer
exists. (It was a custom-built and the fan froze, burning everything.)

I am now trying to install it on a tablet which came with Win XP for tablet
and Office 2002.

I get the error - file Y5561405.CAB missing. Waiting for cabinets to be
cached to local installation source. If you are using a CD, be sure it is in
the drive. Of course it is.

Now Office 2002 applications are unusable because an installer starts up,
fails, and closes the app.

Please help. Thanks.
