Can't install Office 2003 Service Pack 1

Yesterday I installed Office 2003. I cannot install the
current critical update. I have Norton AV Pro 2004 and
Spybot. Could that be causing the problem?

There is no Service Pack 1 for Office 2003 - if you mean the critical
updates, it is always advisable to turn off your AV when downloading and
installing the update.
