Can't install Office 2003 updates

Iv'e got the Student and Teacher Edition 2003. I have installed SP1
successfully in the past. I can not install SP2.

-I have made sure to completely uninstall Office XP (some peices were
hanging around).
-I have tried the larger file instead of the smaller file
-I have done the registry fix/check to make sure my path to the CD was
correct.

I can't figure this out. Please help!
