cant install office 2003 with profilename username.000

Im using Cutsom Installation Wizard to deploy Office 2003 standard. I have
don tha by a lot of customers, but now I'm having af problem. Som of the
users profile is called "username.000", and they are not able to install
office with the transform. All other users are able to it. I copied the
"username.000" to the default user, and deleted the username.000. Afterwards
the user logged in to the computer again, got the new profile "username" by
the default profile. This is a work around that i dont to use i this
organization with 500 workstations, what can I do. Automated solutions are
prefered.
