Can't Install Office 2007 Beta 2 -- Error 1303

Hi Fellow Early Adopters,

Near the very end of the install, I got the message: "Error 1303. Setup
cannot access the folder C:\Config.msi. Verify that the folder exists in
your system and that you have sufficient permission to update it."

Questions:
(1) I don't see a folder with this name. Should I create it? Or is it a
hidden folder? If so, how do I access it and change the permissions?

(2) I had bookmarked the URL of the download links, but when I return to it
now, the page has expired. If I can fix the folder question, would I be able
to re-register for the beta?
