Can't install Office 2007. What does error mean and what can I do

It almost finishing installing everytime, then stops. I keep getting this
error message.
Please help if you can.

"Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly
component {97F81AF1-0E47-OC99-AO1F-C8B389A1E18E}. HResult:0x80070020

ANY ideas are greatly appreciated.
