Can't install Office Basic 2003

I just purchased a used Gateway P4,1.9G desktop.It has 256mb RAM.I got all
the discs with it(XP Home,Applications,Drivers).I also received Office Basic
2003.The PC was reloaded with the XP Home and I am trying to load the Office
program.First I get a box that says "This is not a Gateway system",but on the
spash screen when loading it says Gateway.I go to My Computer and click on
the drive to explore the disc.Clicking on the Installshield,brings up a box
that says"This version of Office is not compatable with your system".Any

I'd have a chat with the person who sold you this system. Unless you
purchased it from Gateway, they aren't going to help you.
