Can't install Office SP3.

I've got a workstation with Win95 loaded and Office2000. I have installed
Office SR1a, but still having troubles with XL crashing when it runs one of
my VBA macros. So I tried installing Office2K SP3, but keep getting the
following error "W2KSP3.exe file is linked to missing export Kernel32.dll
InitialiseCriticalSectionAndSpindown".

Why is this happening?
