can't install office updates when I press the install button

Am trying to install the updates I require including the new service pack 2 -
i keep pressing the install button and nothing happens. Any ideas?

What "install" button. On the web site that gives you the updates?

You might check this article to see if it provides any help:

If not, post back with the version of Office you are using if you have
successfully applied patches before, how it was installed (by you or
pre-installed), and what operating system you are running.

Thank you Susan for the lin for trouble-shooting the problem - I actually had
followed all the advice on that page only to discover I had a faulty mouse!!
After replacing it - the download installed successfully! Thanks for offering
your help anyway. Kindly apreciated.
