Can't install office

I purchased office 200pro a couple years ago. I am trying
to install it andwhen it gets to about 1/2 done the setup
I get an error message saying

Error 1933 The Windows Installer Service cannot update 1
or more protected files.

what does this mean!! Please help me to fix it!!

You need to install it as an administrator or a user with those rights!
You can't intsall any M$' products as an ordinary user. "Security
Reasons". the product needs to register itself in the Windows Registry
which is protected. Also, other DLL's are protected.
