Can't install officexp service plan 2

i can't install Office XP Service Pack 1 (English
version) when i try to instasll i get this error msg: -

"Error 1328. Error applaying patch to file
c:\Config.msi\PTD33.tmp. It has probably been updated by
other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch.
For more information contact your patch vendor."
