Cant install outlook with Lotus notes

I have lotus notes 6.5 already running on my machine and I need to install
outlook 2000. When I get to the Microsoft outlook setup wizard, I select
Lotus notes mail as my information services provider and I get this message:

The following unrecoverable error as occur: A service provider could not be
loaded.

I'm on win 2000 pro

Please help me.
