Can't install sounds in 2000- says I need a "family product" inst.

I'm trying to install the "sounds" add-in...a box popped up on my desktop
saying I first need to install a "family product" to continue.
It said to go to officeupdate.microsoft.com/info/o2kprods.htm
I went there and key worded "family products" but what should I do?
