Can't install SP2 - A required installation file SKU011.cab could not be found

SKU011.cab. Where the @%^##&$# is this #^%%^*&%# file?

Pardon me, but this is the third night in a row I'm up to 2:30am wrestling
with MicroTrash and I'm @#$@^% pissed!

I'm an MSDN Universal subscriber, and prior to that Microsoft Action Pack.
I've slipped 1 Office Pro 2003 CD and two Office Pro 2003 DVD's into this
drive, but this file is nowhere to be found!!!???

Personally, I don't give two shakes of a rat's tail for this service pack
but MicroShaft CRM 3.0 requires it. So where do I get this file from so that
I can complete this service pack upgrade???

Again, my apologies to those on the NG. I do appreciate all the help which
is handed out here. At the same time, if anyone from Microsoft is monitoring
this, I'd like them to understand that this developer, who has been
committed to Microsoft for the past decade, is thinking about a technology
change! :-\
