Can't install sp3 because I have installed it allready.

When I use Office Online it tells me to install sp3 but I have allready
installed it and Office Online tells me it can't install sp3. How do I get it
to stop trieing to install it?

Had the same problem myself, so tried uninstalling Office to start again.
Sadly it does not help at all.

So like Greg, how do I sort this problem to get it installed properly?
