Can't install SP3 for Office XP

I download the update (T1 connection), then it asks for
the licensed CD, which I have. It then doesn't work and
wants me to find the file PRO.msi. I have "PRORET.msi,"
but it will not accept this. It stops the installation
at this point. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
