Can't install SR3 on my 2000 Small Business Installation

Does anyone have any idea why I can't install SR3 update
over my 2000 SB Office installation - the Office Downloads
helpages say it is compatible - it runs and then calls for
different Office installation disks to what I've got. SR1
worked fine.

Puzzled
