Can't load images in Outlook Today 2003

Hi all, did an install over Outlook 2000 with Outlook 2003, when I start
Outlook 2003, the images don't load on the Today page, I get the little
white box with the Red X in the middle. I have downloaded the latest
service packs and such. Also, the Outlook Today page will not stay the
same as when I select the Style.

Any ideas or suggestions?
