Can't load Outlook 2003...

I can load everything else in Office 2003 but Outlook. I
keep getting msgs that say can't find or install msspc.edf
and pmailext.ecf. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling, fixing, repairing... no luck. Any
suggestions ???

Start Outlook in safe mode by Start-> Run with the /safe switch. Now you'll
be able to uninstall those add-ins by Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button
Add-In Manager and/or COM-Add-Ins
