Can't load temp file

My Word 2007 has started giving me an error when I exit the program.
Everything works fine till this point. It says Word has stopped working
because it can't find ~WRS{long number].tmp file. Where and how can I delete
this reference?

I just got that message, and moments later it informed me that the
problem was in an HP printer driver.

It doesn't seem to have any effect on operation.

Interesting, I got the same message about the H/P printer driver. I
dismissed there being a link, but apparently there is. The solution link was
not very informative (go to the H/P website). While it doesn't appear to
affect operations, it is a distraction. Will try and track it down on the
H/P site later.
