Can't log into PS fro ProjPro with anything but Administrator account

I can log into PWA with user accounts that are set in PS as administrators
but can't from Project Pro 2003 unless I use the Administrator account. I'm
using the project server accounts which are tied to AD and am trying to log
in from ProjPro from workstations that aren't members of the domain. I
tried domain\username and just name, neither work.

What have I overlooked here?

Has it been working before? Have you changed anything recently?

Your Project Pro users need to be members of the Project Managers group
or another group that has Open Project Pro privileges.

For the users having problems with Project Pro, can they login to PWA
without Admin access?
