Can't make a question mark, or quotations marks or number signs...

I'm getting a captal E with an accent instead of a question mark, however it
is working fine in all other programs, I have no idea what I've pushed or
where to look, but I'm pretty sure its a Word issue. Any ideas?

Is the correct language applied to text? Are you using the correct keyboard
layout in Windows?
