Can't make PDF's from Excel

When I try to convert an Excel file to a PDF by selecting
File>Print>Save as PDF I get nothing but blank pages.

In addition, when I try print preview I get blank pages as well.

I've made sure to set print quality to high, as recommended.

I do not have this problem with MS Word

I'm working on MAC OS 10.5.1
MS Office for Mac 2004
Acrobat 8

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Figured it out...set the print quality to 300 dpi. Save doc. Then
convert to excel. Works fine.
