Can't maximize Word documents after installing Office 2003 SP2

After installing Office 2003 SP2, when I open a Word document and maximize it
(by clicking the upper-right-hand corner box), it does not fill the entire
screen, and the status bar at the bottom is hidden. I cannot make the
document fill the screen nor move it so that the status bar shows. This
problem did not occur before installing SP2, and does not occur with other
Office 2003 programs, like Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Has anyone noticed this
problem, and if so, is there a fix?
