Can't move item

I am having trouble filing my e-mails in the folders I have set up. I'm
getting the error message "Can't move item. Item could not be moved.
It
was either already moved, deleted or access was denied". I can open the
folders and view the emails inside, but I can't move or delete them. Any
suggestions?

was the message sent as a personal or confidential email -
with those settings in the options menu sometimes those
security settings limit what you can do. i.e., can't
forward to someone or move.
