Can't move my emails to a folder

I can't move my emails to my archive folders anymore. Even brand new
unopened emails I have tried and I always get the same message..."The item
could not be moved. It is either already moved or deleted or access is
denied." I did delete some old emails from the archived files two days ago
so maybe I inadvertenly hit some keys to deny access. How can I restore my
ability to move the files.

how big is the pst file? that is the message when it maxes out.
