Can't nudge any shapes in a file (only up broken)

Hello,

I have a file in which I can't nudge any shapes in the drawing in the up
direction; left, right, and down work fine, but up seems to be broken. I
have tested that my arrow key is working in other programs and also other
windows and files within Visio. I just have one file in which I can't nudge
upwards. I have tried closing the file and reopening, and restarting
Windows. Any suggestions to get this working again with my file?

Well,

I don't know what happened, but it magically fixed itself and now I can
nudge in every direction. So, nevermind, I guess.

Carl,

I can't seem to make any shapes in visio (5.0) nudge (using arrows,
ctl+arrows)...and can't find any help...using the arrows moves the whole
drawing up and down on the monitor, even if I have a shape selected....

In the earlier versions of Visio, the nudge feature was added by a third
party add-on. It became part of Visio when Visio 2000 was released.
