Can't open 41M report created in word 2000 with word 2003 get erro

uI created report that containted a lot of data in word 2000. The file size
is 41.3M. Recently my Dell PC was upgrated to Presition 670 with word 2003
SP2 on it. I tried to open report in it, but it gave me error saying:

Word was unable to read this document. It may be corrupt. Try one of the
following....

I went to other machine that has word 2000 on it and file opened fine.

My questions are: how do I open this file in word 2003? Is there a size
limitation?

Make a copy of the file, and open the copy in Word 2003 using the
Open and Repair option.
