Can't open a file

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

I've created a PPT presentation, but it desappeared from my USB key (all PPT files have gone) and I can't find it on my PPT application either. Whenever I try to ipen the last created document, it says it is no more available.

Try searching your 'whole' computer for the same filename - instead of last
created document. As it's perhaps moved from that location.
