Can't open Access 97 in Windows XP Pro with SP2

Dear all,

Recently, I need to help my company to build up a web application by using
Access 97 database. In the beginning, I can use Access 97 and build the
application successfully in my computer which runs in Windows XP professional
with SP1.

However, after my computer is updated to Windows XP professional with SP2.
Then I install the Access 97 to my new computer again. After installation, I
can't open the Access 97. There is the error message:
"Microsoft Access can't find the dynamic-Link Library (DLL) Mso97"

I have reinstall the Access 97, but the problem still occurr.

Can anyone help me to fix this problem?
