Can't Open Accounts in BCM

When attempting to open or create an account in BCM in Outlook 2007, I
get the following error:

Creating an instance on the COM component with CLSID
{2C247F23-8591-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628} from the IClassFactory failed
due to the following error: 80040112.


I have tried removing and reinstalling Outlook and BCM. I have tried
yanking all the registry keys that refrence {2C247F23-8591-11D1-
B16A-00C0F0283628} and nothing seems to be working. I have two other
desktops that open the accounts in BCM fine.

Anyone have any ideas?

Based on the error, I would guess that some control is not properly
installed. But I don't know if it's Window's, Office's or BCM's
control.
