can't open address book-check box in contacts want respond

Can't get addressbook to open>contacts>folder>properties for contacts>outlook
address book>can't actuate box (show this folder as an e-mail address book)
box and this line and the line below it is grayed

Try removing the Outlook Address Book service and then re-add it back in...

Tools/E-mail Accounts/View or Change Existing Directories or Address Books
