can't open attachments on intel imac and have a clear cursor.

I use entourage for my email, because I can't stan the oracle coloaboration suit used by my university. I have a new intel Imac and my entourage won't open any attachments.

No problem on my laptop or my G-5, but he intel machine baulks at everything. PDF, Powerpoint, the works. Suggestions?

Also, My cursor is clear and consequently, hard to find. Help?
