Can't Open Attachments

This applies to OE but I can't find a group for it. Hopefully this will work.

I installed PC Tools Free Antivirus. When I receive attachments all I get is
the PC Tools antivirus assessment in the attachment and not the real
attachment. I'm sure there is an option to click to fix this or something
simple, but I can't find it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
