can't open attachments

When I recieve an e-mail with an attachment I have the
message "OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachment in your e-mail. How do I stop this and am able
to see my attachments?

Tools -> Options -> Security then un-check the option Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened.....
But be certain this is what you really want first!
Make certain you have a good virus checker which is kept up-to-date;
attachments are how most viruses spread; this option is there to protect
you.
