Can't open DB's through Active Directory DFS-help

Scenario-
w2k Active directory domain
Active directory DFS

Client XP, Office XP,

User tries to open an access database through the Active directory DFS - The
database does not open because of insufficient permissions
\\mydomain.net\dfsrootName\databseFolder\mydb.mdb


Now - the user opens the database through The the machine share directly
with not problems.

\\COMPUTERNAME\sharename\mydb.mdb
