I'm a sysadmin for a W2003 server infrastructure and XP workstations.
All are XP SP2. They all run Office 2003.
On the network in a file share, is this one particular document. It's
a Word file, 11mb in size. I can open this file, edit, save, so on
and so on.
The two people that really need to get to this file, can't. When they
try to open it Word says it can't access the document and to check
things:
- We all have full access to the share.
- There is enough memory available on the workstations
- There is plenty of disk space on both the server and workstations.
- The document is not corrupt, I can open it just fine
- It's a Word 2000 formatted document
Any ideas on why these people cannot open this ONE file? I can open
it but they can't.
Thanks...
