Computer running Windows XP with Window's 2007. Yesterday, for now apparent
reason, we can't open e-mails. Clicking on them brings up a partial screen
of the header, but nothing of the message. Windows up to date, no viruses,
etc.
Outlook also saying it can't recognize E: drive where backups are kept.
Also, exported entire personal folder in .pst to E: thumb drive and wound up
with an additional personal folder in Outlook with exported information.
(When I clicked on properties, it said it was an E: folder.
Need either fix or instructions how to uninstall & reinstall program.
Thanks.
