Can't open email attachmnet in outlook 2003

Since I upgraded to Outlook 2003, I am not able to open
text attachment that the programmers sent me. The eamil
wtih text attachment comes from the AS/400.

Below is the meassage I got:

This looks suspiciously like the MyDoom Worm. Have you spoken to your
programmers directly?
