Can't open events in calendar

I have a customer who is having problems with her calendaring. She seems not to be able to open certain calendar events in her own calendar. However, I (domain admin account) can open them just fine and what I will with them. Customer is using office xp. This seems to be isolated to this one customer. My first suspision is that there is a permissions issue, but the "self" group is in the permissions giving the customer full access to the mailbox.

Anyone have any ideas out there?

She is having trouble opening her own calendar items? Is she receiving and
error message?

Yes, she's getting an error saying that outlook is unable to locate the item in question.

As for her own items, no, she's fine.

So she is getting an error message when she tries to open the calendar items
of someone else's calendar?
What permissions does she have on that calendar?

Megan,

These items are all in her own calendar, she'd been invited to attend these meetings and can't open them to either accept or decline.
