Can't open file folders in My Documents

I thought I just had a problem attaching a file in Outlook, but now I have
discovered that I can't open any file folder in My Documents. This all just
started happening when I downloaded microsofts new security update about a
week ago. Anyone know how to fix this? I've spent days trying to fix it.

You answered your own question. Uninstall the update.

How do I uninstall an update, I don't even know what microsoft called it?

I've undertaken all the steps recommended to fix this problem but I still
cant open files in My Documents or add attachments in Outlook.

I've tried reinstalling Office several times too.

Is there something other than the registry edit that Im missing, has anyone
else got this continuing problem?
